Since iron and its oxide contamination is covered on the surface of the alumina ceramic substrate, it may even remain in the pores on the surface of the substrate, and the abrasive will remove the surface of the substrate during the grinding process, considering that the material removal rate is high. The removal of the contaminants may remove the contaminants, and the single-side grinding process of the appropriate abrasives has a high material removal rate. Therefore, it is proposed that the cast iron plate and single-side grinding uses the W20 diamond abrasive to perform single-side grinding on the alumina Pzt-4 piezoelectric ceramic component


The iron and its oxide covered on the surface of the ceramic substrate are removed by physical action without eliminating the source of iron contamination.Iron pollution is a key factor in the yellowing of the surface of alumina ceramic substrates. The grinding of the processing environment without iron pollution can fundamentally solve the problem of yellowing. Therefore, it is necessary to eliminate the source of iron pollution. It is a simplified diagram of a single-sided grinding system in which the grinding disc is made of cast iron and the trim ring is made of iron. Abrasive particles are present in the gap between the grinding disc and the alumina piezo ring piezoelectric transducer substrate and the trimming ring, and both the grinding pressure. During the processing, the surface of the grinding piezo disc and the surface of the trim ring are removed by the abrasive particles to make the iron fly .Therefore, the sources of iron contamination in single-sided grinding systems include cast iron grinding discs and iron trim rings. In order to effectively eliminate the source of iron pollution, (piezo ceramic disc single-side grinding): which is using piezo ceramic grinding disc and dressing ring, in the processing environment without iron participation,which solve the problem that the surface color of the alumina piezo ceramic substrate is yellow after grinding.


Through the previous experiments and tests, it can be considered that the yellowing of the alumina piezoelectric rings sensor surface after double-sided grinding is due to the influence of iron pollution. For the double-side grinding system, the iron pollution source is mainly the upper and lower cast iron grinding discs, and for the single-sided grinding system iron. The source of pollution is a cast iron grinding disc and an iron trim ring. It is necessary to verify the correctness of the three schemes through experiments and tests, and the main purpose of the experiment is to observe the effect of the rust inhibitor on the yellowing of the alumina piezo ceramic substrate, analyzing its mechanism of action, and analyze the surface of the alumina piezo ceramic substrate. The effect of mechanical removal on the yellowing of the surface color, observing the effect of the higher material removal rate on the yellowing of the substrate, which explore its mechanism of action and its effect on the surface properties of the abrasive sheet; comparing and analyzing the different materials ,The effect of the grinding disc and the trim ring is on the grinding process of the alumina piezoelectric rings vibration sensor substrate, including removal rate, surface roughness and whether the surface color is yellowed, and a reasonable processing method is explored.

In the double-side grinding process, the polishing liquid is prepared by using diamond, boron carbide, silicon carbide and alumina abrasive, and the rust preventive agent is added to the polishing liquid, and the alumina piezo ceramic substrate is ground for 10 minutes, and the experimental results can be compared. It can be seen that the material removal rate and the surface roughness of the alumina piezoelectric ceramics vibration sensor substrate after grinding have little change without the addition of the rust inhibitor, which indicates that the use of the rust inhibitor on the alumina piezo ceramic substrate is ground. The material removal rate and surface roughness Ra is in the process have little effect. From the macroscopic appearance, the surface of the alumina piezo ceramic substrate did not appear yellow after polishing. According to the electrochemical corrosion theory, any electrochemical corrosion process consists of an anode process in which the metal dissolves and a cathodic process in which the depolarizer receives electrons. After adding a corrosion inhibitor or an anti-rust additive, the anode process or the cathode process is performed.
