(l) analysis and classification of the basic structure of the ultrasonic transducer, it is the materials and characteristics of each component,The piezoelectric materials are suitable for making high-frequency focused ultrasonic transducers are analyzed and studied. The results show that  l-3 type single-phase piezoelectric materials, piezoelectric composites have higher electromechanical cohesive coefficients and lower values in their higher thickness directions.Piezo vibration sensor has acoustic impedance, relatively low lateral electromechanical cohesion coefficient, low dielectric constant, low mechanical quality factor, good flexibility and controllability, etc., which is suitable for application in the high frequency focused ultrasound transducers as pressure electrical material.
