Distinguishing traditional cutting:


Ultrasonic cutting machine is a device that uses wave energy to cut and process. The biggest feature is that it does not use traditional cutting edge.Conventional cutting uses a sharp-edged tool to press against the material being cut. The pressure is concentrated at the cutting edge, the pressure is very large, exceeding the shear strength of the material being cut, and the molecular bonding of the material is pulled apart and cut. Since the material is pulled hard by the strong pressure, the cutting edge of the cutting tool should be very sharp, and the material itself must withstand relatively high pressure ultrasonic cleaner transducer. It is not good for soft and elastic materials, and it is more difficult for viscous materials.


Principle:


The basic structure of the acoustic wave cutting machine. Ultrasonic transducer, ultrasonic horn, ultrasonic cutter, ultrasonic generator.


Ultrasonic generator:


The utility power is converted into a high-frequency high-voltage alternating current and transmitted to an ultrasonic transducer. An ultrasonic transducer is equivalent to an energy conversion device that converts input electrical energy into mechanical energy, that is, ultrasonic waves. The ultrasonic transducer rotates back and forth in the longitudinal direction, and the frequency of the telescopic movement is equal to the frequency of the high-frequency alternating current supplied by the driving power source.


Ultrasonic horn:


The ultrasonic horn amplifies the output amplitude of the ultrasonic transducer.

Ultrasonic cutting knife.

2. Output ultrasonic waves, and use the cutting knife to concentrate the ultrasonic energy into the cutting part of the material to be cut. Under the action of huge ultrasonic energy, this part softens and melts instantly, and the strength is greatly reduced. Cutting the material is achieved with a small amount of force.


Classification:


According to the ultrasonic cutting machine, the cutting method can be divided into a cutter cutting machine and a cutting board cutting machine. Two cutting methods are available for different process conditions and cutting objects.


Tool type:


The cutter-type applies cleaning transducer ultrasonic to the cut tool, causing the tool to generate ultrasonic vibrations, thereby cutting the surface.This cutting method is suitable for raw rubber cutting, pipe cutting, frozen meat, candy, chocolate cutting, printed circuit board, natural fiber segmentation, synthetic fiber deep digging, plastic shell processing, synthetic resin lacquer, hand-held cutting, etc.


Chopping board:


The cutting-edge cutting machine applies ultrasonic vibration to the cutting bottom mold. This bottom mold is like the cutting board used in life, so that the cutting board generates ultrasonic vibration, which can also play the cutting effect, and the cutting tool does not need to be changed.
