The main role of the piezoelectric ceramic crystal during operation will be mechanically deformed with the number of changes in the voltage and frequency. On the other hand, when the piezoelectric ceramic is vibrated, an electric charge will be generated. Utilizing this principle, when an electric signal is applied to a vibrator composed of two piezoelectric ceramics or a piezoelectric ceramic with a metal piece, an ultrasonic signal is emitted due to bending vibration when an electrical signal is applied. In contrast, when ultrasonic vibration transducer is applied to a piezo bimorph element, an electrical signal is generated. Based on the above effects, piezo ceramic rectangle piezoelectric transducer can be used as ultrasonic sensors.


The principle of the transducer of a piezoelectric ceramic plate is as following .When pressure or tension is applied to this piezo ceramic plate, opposite ends of the piezo ceramic plate will generate a charge of opposite polarity and form a current through the circuit. This effect is called the piezoelectric effect. If a transducer made of this piezoelectric ceramic is placed in the water, then under the action of sound waves, charges will be induced at its two ends. This is a sound wave receiver. Moreover, the piezoelectric effect is reversible. If an alternating electric field is applied to a piezoelectric ceramic sheet, the piezo ceramic sheet will sometimes become thinner and thicker, and at the same time it will vibrate and emit sound waves. In this way, the problem of the ultrasonic transmitter is also solved.


The stoichiometric ratio of the piezoelectric ceramic sheet is deviated. The performance of the piezoelectric ceramic cylinder production plant is difficult to control stably. It can be used alone or after being stacked. The stack height can be increased to obtain a larger displacement stroke, which can be as large as 326.7 μm.
