1.This is the most common fault in the rebast digital hardess tester that is being repaired. The cause of 80% of this fault is the failure of the sensor cable. Why does such a high fault occur? This is mainly due to the structure of the sensor connection line. Because the sensor connection line is connected to the sensor and the Leeb hardness tester, as long as one head fails, the impact will not be displayed. Almost all the connecting lines on the market are simulated by Switzerland's PROCEQ structure (invented by the Leeb hardness tester), and the sensor cable is equipped with a three-pin plug on one end, and manufacturers of good quality will generally cross the surface. Preventing the air from oxidizing, resulting in poor contact. When the three-pin plug is integrated with the connecting wire, the connection between the needle and the wire is the most critical one. If the processing factory does not perform well, or use some subsequent processing of the connecting wire makes it easy to reduce its life. In the course of using the user, the method of foam shore hardness test is incorrect, and it is easy to break the wire.


2.The other end of the sensor is connected to the host, and on this side of the plug, many manufacturers use Remo's special plug, a few manufacturers use pencil hardness meter of imitation, and other manufacturers use the standard headphone plug, However, this bad cause rarely appears on the quality of the plug itself, that is, whether domestic or imported plugs are used. The reason for the failure is usually due to the poor soldering of the plug and the connecting wire.


3.The loose three-pin seat causes poor contact of ultrasonic hardness tester. The multiple-insertion of the coil can easily cause loosening of the three-pin socket on the coil, or the welding between the coil and the needle base is dropped and the sensor shock is not displayed.


4.The socket connector on the universal barcol hardness tester falls off. The probability of this situation is relatively small. Unless the machine has been manually removed, the socket cable will not fall off.


5.The acquisition of the sensor signal IC on the leeb hardness metal meteris damaged. The probability of occurrence of this condition is also relatively small. If a power short circuit causes the IC to burn out, it is generally easy to notice, and the IC burns with a burnt smell.
