5.Installation Dimension:
(1)
(2)
(3)
①Install a flange above the object need to be tested ②Place a gasket with the same inner diameter on the flange
③Distance measuring sensor aligns hole of the flange ④Put the distance sensor in the hole of flange
⑤See from the bottom of the flange ⑥Place a gasket with the same inner diameter on the flange
⑦Fix the distance measuring sensor by Screwing on the nut ⑧Connect up the cable on the ranging sensor
(4) mode of connection:
Power: Red line: 24VDC + ; black line: 24VDC –
1. 4~20mA: Blue line: mA +; yellow line: mA–
2. 0~5V: Blue line: V +; yellow line: V–
3. 485/232 Communication: Yellow line: T/R+ ; Blue line: T/R–
4. Relay signal: blue line, yellow line
5. NPN signal: Blue line: NPN+ ; Yellow line: NPN -
6. PNP signal: Blue line: PNP+ ; Yellow line: PNP-
Remarks:
1. Output signal is selectable one of them (1~6) ;
2. The black wire should be grounded reliably;
3. When the ranging transducer is a mA module, the yellow line (mA-) can also be grounded.
6. Signal Description:
When the power is turned on at first, the power indicator "green light" is always on. When is searching the echo signal, the status indicator "red light" flashes. When is searching the correct echo, the status indicator "red light" remains on. When is measured normally, the Nixie tube displays the actual measurement value; when it is the lost state, the Nixie tube displays "- - -".
7. Serial Assistant to Modify Parameters:
Note: This is only applies to ranging sensors with 485 or 232 communication modules.
Serial port connection:
As shown in Figure A: the serial port is connected to the serial port of the computer, the other end is connected to the RS-232 end of 485 to 232.;
Cable connection:
Figure B: Red line is connected to 24V+; black is connected to 24V-; yellow line is connected to 485 T/R+; blue line is connected to 485T/R-;
As shown in Figure C:
Serial port selection: COM1;
Baud rate selection: 9600;
Check bit selection: NONE
Data bit selection: 8
Stop bit selection: 1
Selecting hexadecimal display and hexadecimal transmission
8.LCD screen manipulation menu (Note: The LCD screen is an optional accessory)
Installation of LCD screen:
①Unscrew the screw with a cross screwdriver ②Connect the LCD interface (red side is inward)
③Connect the cable ④Display of Power- On
