1. Measurement content:
Conductivity and Capacitance Curves:
Measuring the conductivity and capacitance curves of the transducer within the 1kHz-40kHz frequency band. The resonant frequency should be (20±1)kHz.
Transmitting Voltage Response:
Measuring the transmitting voltage response within the 15kHz-30kHz frequency band. It should not be lower than 135dB.
Vertical Directivity:
Measuring the vertical directivity at 20kHz. The opening angle should be (60±5)°.
Transmitting Voltage Response
Measuring the transmit voltage response within the 15kHz-30kHz frequency band. The response should be no less than 135dB.
Vertical Directivity
Measure the vertical directivity at 20kHz. The opening angle should be (60±5)°.
Hydrostatic Pressure: 0.8MPa.
Measurement Data
A total of four transducers were used: two 20kHz transducers, numbered 2022-01# and 2022-02#,After the transducer is subjected to a hydrostatic pressure test at 0.8 MPa/0.25 h, 0 MPa/0.25 h, 0.8 MPa/0.25 h, and 0 MPa/0.25 h, the insulation resistance between the transducer core wires is greater than 200 MΩ, and the insulation resistance between the core wire and the housing is greater than 200 MΩ. The acoustic performance measured after the hydrostatic pressure test is as follows.
