(1) Operating frequency. The operating frequency is the resonant frequency of the ultrasonic distance measurement sensor. When the frequency of the AC voltage is applied to both ends which is equal to the resonance frequency of the piezo crystal, the output energy is maximum and the sensitivity is the highest.

(2) Since the curie point of the piezoelectric material is generally high, in particular, the 2Mhz ultrasonic transducer for diagnostic use has a small power, so the operating temperature is relatively low and it can work for a long time without failure. ultrasonic flow meter transducer for medical sector use have relatively high temperatures and requiring separate refrigeration equipment.

(3) The sensitivity of ultrasonic transducer clamp on flowmeter mainly depends on the piezo crystal itself. The electromechanical coupling coefficient of ultrasonic transducer is large.the sensitivity of transducer is high; otherwise, the sensitivity of ultrasonic transducer is low.
