Introduction of HQKJ Rubber Underwater Connector
HQKJ rubber series underwater connectors are the earliest research and development in China. Through continuous overcoming of many key technologies of deepsea underwater connectors, we have developed underwater pressure-resistant rubber underwater connectors that have reached the international first-class technical level and have independent and controllable technology.Among them, the rubber material is more flexible, and has better deformation performance and insulation performance under the same strength.
Standard circular series rubber watertight connectors are the earliest products designed in the world and are still in use today. Through continuous application practice, it has been fully proved that this series of designs is suitable for market demand in harsh underwater environments.
This series of connectors has 4 different shell sizes, the maximum number of cores is 16 core, working voltage from 300~600V, working current from 5~15Amp,working depth is 7000m.Standard connectors include cable plugs and panel mount receptacles and waterproof plugs, made of high-grade neoprene and stainless steel, waterproof, SOOW flexible cables behind the plugs, and multi-functional Teflon sheathed receptacles .The tail wire and the locking cover are made of polyoxymethylene resin, and are used with stainless steel elastic snap rings.
This series of products is benchmarked against world-class products, and has undergone rigorous environmental tests and index experiments. The products can be widely used in marine scientific research, military exploration, offshore oil exploration, marine geophysics, nuclear power plants and other industries.
