New technology application of ultrasonic sensor (一)

  Ultrasonic transducer are developed to use the characteristics of ultrasound. Ultrasound wave is a kind of mechanical wave whose vibration frequency is higher than that of sound waves. It is generated by transducers vibrating under the excitation of voltage. It has high frequency, short wavelength, and small diffraction phenomenon, especially 2Mhz ultrasonic sensor has good directivity.which can become a ray and be oriented for dissemination and other characteristics. Penetration of solids liquids is very large, especially in the sun opaque solid, it can penetrate depths of tens of meters. Ultrasonic waves encounter impurities or interfaces can produce significant reflections and ultrasonic oil level sensorreflects back into echoes.Doppler effects can occur when moving objects are encountered. 

Therefore, ultrasonic testing is widely used in the industrial, national defense, and biomedical fields. Ultrasonic transducer sensorsare used as detection means, and ultrasonic waves and ultrasonic waves must be generated. The device that performs this function is an ultrasonic sensor, which is conventionally referred to as an ultrasonic transducer or an ultrasonic probe. The ultrasonic transducer utilizes the vibration of the piezoelectric ceramics of the sensor that head to generate sound waves .Arduino ultrasonic sensors are not heard by high-frequency human ears,If this sound wave touches an object, the sensor can receive the return wave. 

The transducer can determine the distance of the object by the wavelength of the sound wave.It is the emission sound wave and the time difference of the return sound wave.The ultrasonic distance measuring transducer can have both short-distance and long-distance settings through the setting of the button, no matter what kind of boundary the object is in. The sensor can detect it.
