Different thicknesses of glass combines the thickness of the ultrasonic distance transducer for parameter adjustment and measurement accuracy testing. The data filtering is the process of input suppression (the closest value is filtering or stability filtering) on the raw sensor measurement values , and then it is averaging (sliding average or box average). The sampling interval determines the sampling rate and is limited by the range. The value ranges from 5ms to 2.78h. The closest value is filtered to retain the closest value among the M measurement values, which affects the output response time. The M value of 2MHz ultrasonic sensor is 2 to 999. Stability is filtered as at least X of the first Y measurements are within ±6.25% of the current measurement.


Ultrasonic sensors are used to continuously lay the bottoms of six different thickness glass combinations under each parameter setting.Measuring 2 min is selecting coefficient of variation as a measure of the stability of the sensor measurement to reflect the degree of variation of the observed values, the smaller is the CV value, the more stable is the measured value. Where the CV of ultrasonic fuel tank sensor is the coefficient of variation; SD is the standard deviation; MN is the average value.
