Piezoelectric ceramics is a new type material that converts electricity into vibrations or changes the force to electricity. It is widely used in many high-tech fields such as information, aerospace, biology and laser, and because these applications are stably  excellent chemical properties, physical properties, easier to make various shapes,like piezo ring,piezo tube,piezo spheres and arbitrary polarization direction of the material properties. With the rapid development of electronic information technology, piezoelectric ceramic materials and its application research is also deepening, and now the electronic components of low cost, miniaturization, high stability, functional requirements are required higher, which is bound to require fast updating, good performance, high value-added, rapid technological development, less -pollution and so on. But the large-scale use of piezoelectric ceramic materials is mainly made up lead-based piezoelectric ceramics, and the PbO content of lead-based piezoelectric ceramics is about 70% of the total raw materials, which led to the serious harm of ecological environment for human beings during the process of production, use and waste , which is contrary to the concept of human sustainable development. So researching of lead-free piezoelectric ceramic materials and its application has become a hot topic.
