Since the polarization directions of piezo ceramic hemisphere is opposite under the excitation of voltage, through the non-zero piezoelectric strain constant d33 of the piezoelectric ceramics, the adjacent piezoelectric zones are respectively extended and contracted, thereby inducing transverse length extension and contraction vibration, The bending vibration of piezo hemisphere sonar transducer is excited in the stator elastic body. Since the piezoelectric body can only obtain a standing wave distribution under the action of a driving signal, it is only possible to use the single-phase alternating voltage to excite the A zone or the B zone of the piezoelectric ceramic ring.


 A single standing-wave vibration of piezo ceramic tube is excited in the stator ring; while the two-phase alternating voltage is used to simultaneously stimulate the A zone and the B zone, the traveling wave vibration can be excited in the stator ring under certain conditions. This conclusion can be confirmed by the following mathematical derivation. The stator standing waves are excited by the A-phase and B-phase drives are respectively controlled by the particles in the fluid, including enrichment, separation, and transportation, and they are very broad in fields such as medicine, biology and chemical analysis, and space and space navigation. The utility model has the advantages of simple structure, small volume, low energy consumption, convenient operation and control, accurate fixed-base control, easy integration and miniaturization,there is no gaps and moving parts, and low loss in the ultrasonic hifu piezo. This paper discusses the working principle of the piezoelectric ceramic .ultrasonic particle control technology further studies the principle of the piezoelectric ceramic .it is traveling wave and the mechanism of the driving fluid movement.
