Piezo ceramic substrates will turn yellow when the surface is polished under the certain processing conditions, which is related to the presence of iron contamination in the processing environment. The iron pollution source is iron material, wherein the double-sided ground iron pollution is mainly the upper and lower cast iron grinding discs, and the single-side grinding iron pollution is a cast iron piezo disc.

Finally, important influence parameters were selected for the process experiment, and some process problems were solved in the experiment, and some important data and conclusions were obtained. Due to the limitation of time, there are still many aspects to be perfect in the research and development of alumina piezo ceramic substrate and polishing technology.In the research of alumina piezo ceramic substrate,it has high-efficiency thinning and ultra-smooth polishing, single-sided processing has grinding than double-sided processing. The advantages of higher material removal rate and lower surface roughness are not further studied. The two processing methods can be considered to be modeled from the stress or damage of the substrate.simulation results to complement or verify the processing mechanism of piezo ceramic substrates.
