1. Features of ultrasonic gas flow transducer

 There is no pressure loss, wide range ratio, no starting flow, and measurement can be started from zero.

2. No moving parts, low failure rate and long life.

3. Strong stain resistance, unchanged long-term use accuracy, no need for regular maintenance.

4. Two-channel measurement adopts digital correlation algorithm, which has high accuracy and strong anti-interference performance.

5. It integrates flow, temperature and pressure measurement, and can automatically perform temperature and pressure compensation and compression factor correction calculations.

6. The instrument has pulse signal output, 4-20mA analog signal output, RS485 (MODBUS-RTU protocol) communication output; at the same time, it supports IC card signal output, which can be used in conjunction with IC card prepayment system to facilitate trade settlement.

7. A 4.5-inch color LCD display with a beautiful interface can simultaneously display parameters such as instantaneous flow under standard conditions, instantaneous flow under operating conditions, cumulative flow under standard conditions, medium temperature, medium pressure, output current and other parameters. With real-time data storage function, it can prevent data loss caused by sudden power failure of the meter. In the state of power failure, internal data can be stored permanently.

Second, the principle of ultrasonic gas flowmeter

The ultrasonic gas flowmeter uses ultrasonic detection technology to determine the gas flow. By measuring the sound velocity difference, pressure and temperature of the ultrasonic wave propagating in the forward and reverse directions of the airflow, the gas flow rate and the gas flow rate in the standard state are calculated. This ultrasonic transducer for gas flow adopts a two-channel direct-to-beam structure, and two parallel channels are arranged on the chord section plane of the flowmeter. Compared with the single-channel flowmeter, the two-channel flowmeter has a higher accuracy of the velocity distribution correction coefficient, especially in the low flow rate area, which can obtain higher accuracy under more complicated flow patterns.

3. Product structure of ultrasonic gas flowmeter

The ultrasonic gas flow sensor is mainly composed of meter body, transducer, connection base, temperature, pressure sensor and converter, etc. The meter body of the flowmeter adopts parallel two-channel opposite beam structure.
