For the pressure system, at the leak, the jet noise is caused by the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the pressure vessel. This noise has an extremely broad spectrum. For non-pressurized systems, an ultrasonic level sensor can be placed inside the closed system and received from outside the closed system. Generally, the measured signal amplitude is small or absent when there is no leakage, and the signal amplitude has a tendency to increase suddenly at the leak.

 

Gas flow detection is also one of the important means in chemical industry. Flow detection currently has a variety of amplification, such as rotameter and so on. But the main advantage of using an ultrasonic air transducer sensor is that it does not hinder the flow of the fluid. The ultrasonic transducer includes a shell, a matching layer that is an acoustic window, a piezoelectric ceramic disc transducer, a backing, and a lead-out cable. It is characterized in that it also includes a cymbal array receiver, which consists of lead-out cables, 8 to 16 Cymbal switches energy device, metal ring and rubber gasket.

 

The cymbal array receiver sits on top of the disc shape piezoelectric ceramics transducer. A piezoelectric ceramic disc transducer is used as the basic ultrasonic transducer, which transmits and receives ultrasonic signals. The cymbal array receiver is located on the disc piezoelectric transducer as an ultrasonic receiver. Doppler echo signals outside the frequency band of the disc transducer. It is mainly applicable to ultrasonic plastic welding machines, ultrasonic metal welding machines, ultrasonic cleaning machines, gas cameras, trichloro machines, etc.

 

The function of the piezoelectric ultrasonic transducer is to convert the input electrical power into mechanical power and then transmit it out, while consuming a small part of the power itself. The technical problem to be solved by the ultrasonic transducer is to design an ultrasonic transducer with large distance and wide frequency band. The invention has an action distance greater than 35m and a frequency bandwidth of up to 10kHz, and can detect high-speed moving long-distance targets.
