The difference in the electrical piezo ceramic with resonance frequency between samples is caused by the deviation of the individual thickness of the sample from the pore micro structure. Considering the influence of temperature and voltage on the polarization effect, the PZT ceramic membrane obtained when the temperature of the piezo knock sensor is controlled to 120 ℃ and the polarization electric field intensity has good piezoelectric properties. At this time, when the output voltage of the signal transmitter is 20 V and the frequency is 231 kHz, the detected resonant frequency of the PZT ceramic film is 231 kHz and the electrical signal value is 44.8 mV.
