When the calcination temperature of piezo sensor tube is 950 ℃, a porous PZT ceramic membrane with pure water permeability is 850, pore diameter is 300 mm, mechanical strength is 47.8 MPa and porosity of frequency piezoceramic transducercan be prepared. On this basis, the influence of polarization temperature and polarization voltage on the piezoelectric properties of porous PZT ceramic films was investigated. The PZT piezoelectric ceramic films after polarization were subjected to extraction and surface plasma etching. Polarization temperature of Low frequency piezo crystal is 120 ℃, polarization voltage is 4 kV mm. After the polarization, the PZT piezoelectric ceramic of piezoelectric quartz sensor is exposed to 20 V AC with hot ethanol extraction and surface plasma etching is 4 min. The amplitude signal value is 34.8 mV. The prepared porous PZT piezoelectric ceramic membrane was filtrated in an oil-in-oil emulsion with particle size of 600 nm and found that the flux of the porous PZT piezo tube preamp attenuated to 4% within 2 h without the current at both ends of the piezo ceramic membrane.After adding AC, the steady flux can be maintained is about 20%, indicating that the prepared porous PZT piezoelectric ceramic membrane has a good anti-pollution effect. Membrane separation technology is to the selective permeable membrane as the separation medium by exerting a certain force on both sides of the membrane, the raw material of electrode piezo tube has side components selectively through the membrane, so as to achieve the purpose of separation and purification. It has the advantages of no phase change, low energy consumption, high efficiency, simple process, easy operation and easy integration with other technologies. Membrane fouling however is a common problem that membrane separation technology faces in practical application.The phenomenon of membrane is fouling which piezo tube stack accumulates in the membrane surface or membrane pores that can not only seriously attenuate membrane filtration flux, but also affect membrane retention of the separated substances performance, a direct impact on the membrane separation process is economy and reliability.
