The most representative of perovskite piezoelectric ceramics is lead titanate (PbTiO3). Lead titanate itself has a high curie temperature about pzt material piezo ceramic , while high piezoelectric activity is a promising high temperature piezoelectric materials piezoelectric disc transducer. However, the pure lead titanate has a tetragonal perovskite structure at room temperature, and its lattice constant is relativel y large, which is liable to be crushed after sintering or polarization treatment, and has insufficient sintering, easy crushing, large dispersibility and poor repeatability problem. After doped modified lead titanate-based piezoelectric ceramic curie temperature will drop, and the ultrasonic transducer application  coefficient is only 60 ~ 70pC / N, which limits the scope of its use, only applies to high-temperature piezoelectric plate sensor and ultrasonic transducers. Nowadays more studies are lead titanate-based binary or even ternary complex perovskite structure Pb (M1, M2) O3-PbTiO3 formed by solid solution. The most piezo tube stackwidely used is lead zirconate titanate (PZT ), Which was first successfully produced by Jaffe in 1954. Lead zirconate titanate piezoelectric ceramics have excellent electrical properties such as piezoelectric, dielectric and optoelectronics. They are widely used in the fields of electronics, aerospace and other high-tech fields for the preparation of electronic components such as sensors, transducers and memories. However, The Curie temperature is relatively low, generally only about 380 ℃. Now commercial lead zirconate titanate have been doped modified curie temperature is lower than the pure lead zirconate titanate, which makes its use temperature is limited to about 150 ℃, can not meet the application requirements of high temperature piezoelectric devices . The modification of Curie temperature by lead zirconate titanate tends to lower the piezoelectric properties.
