Ternary and quaternary piezoelectric ceramics

In order to obtain ultrasonic plate transducer with more stable performance and higher curie temperature, people found that Ti4 + ion radius and Zr4 + ion radius are similar, and the chemical properties of the two ions are also similar. PbTiO3 and PbZrO3 can form continuous solid solution in any ratio.
