Chemical analysis is one of the most widely used methods for the detection of piezo ceramic materials. It is a kind of thing.A chemical reaction between the masses to achieve a qualitative or quantitative study of the material. In the analysis process, the chemical composition of the substance can be known through the phenomenon and characteristic analysis in the chemical reaction process, which is a qualitative analysis of the chemical; and the components in the composition of the substance can be obtained by calculating the amount of the reagent consumed in the reaction process. which is a chemical quantitative analysis. The outstanding advantages of chemical analysis methods are simple operation, accurate results, and low cost. The limitation is that only one piezo element can be detected at a time, and the analysis of piezoelectric ring crystal in the sample is often not sensitive enough and the detection efficiency is low.


Atomic absorption spectrometry has a wide range of elements and can detect most of the elements in the piezo ceramic materials. Its basic principle is the outer electrons of the gaseous atom can absorb the light radiation in the ultraviolet and visible light bands. Because different kinds of atoms and electrons have different energy levels, the electrons at the different energy levels when the electrons transition from the ground state to the excited state. It absorbs light of a specific wavelength and when electrons transition from an excited state to a ground state, they emit radiation of the same wavelength. The consistency of the wavelength of the absorption and emission lines can be used as the basis for the qualitative analysis of the piezo elements. Similarly, the quantitative analysis of the ultrasonic humidifier piezoelectric transducer can be performed according to the intensity of the absorbed radiation. The atomic absorption spectrometry has a low detection limit and consumes less samples. Analyzing the advantages of suspension, emulsion, organic samples and so on. However, it can only be measured by a single element, and it is offline detection. The analysis period is long and the operation steps are complicated, which cannot meet the purpose of multi-element synchronous detection. Inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectroscopy can be used to determine metallic and metalloid piezo ceramics.


The advantage of inductive coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry is simultaneous multi piezo analysis ,high sensitivity and good repeatability. on the one hand,The disadvantages of the instrument is expensive, and requires pre-treatment such as dissolution of the sample, not only can not achieve non-destructive analysis, and the operation process is complicated and time-consuming; on the other hand, it is suitable for the analysis of piezoelectric rings vibration sensor, and needs to be diluted for high content elements. The treatment is generally diluted to about 0.1% before testing, therefore which has certain limitations detection. Although the above techniques are used for the analysis of piezo ceramic material composition, although the detection accuracy is high, they are basically offline detection. Except for XRF, the analysis period is also long, and the operation process is complicated, which cannot meet the purpose of online synchronous multi-element detection. Therefore, there is an urgent need for an efficient and piezoceramics material piezoelectric knock sensor technology.
