P-41 material piezoelectric ceramics were prepared by traditional phase reaction method. Partial design of piezoelectric ceramics for traveling-wave ultrasonic motors was adopted. The primary polarization method was used to investigate the optimum polarization process of P-41 PMnS and PZT piezoelectric ceramics. . The structural characteristics of the material and the effects of temperature and frequency changes on the material properties were investigated in detail. At the same time, two materials were examined. After assembling into a motor,it is the admittance characteristics, load characteristics, start-up and shutdown characteristics, and temperature characteristics of the piezo ceramic tube were studied, and the performance of different motors was studied. The study concluded the following P-41 and PMnS. 


PZT piezoelectric ceramic materials have good dielectric temperature stability, P-41 has obvious ferroelectric phase transition characteristics.PZT has relaxation. Ferroelectric phase transition characteristics. Simultaneous use of one polarization process at the same time improves the performance instability caused by the presence of polarizations in the secondary polarization process, such as  non-uniformity, and the presence of partitioned interface stress, while is shortening the polarization time and improving the 14khz piezoelectric tube. It is output performance. The polarization condition of P-41 piezo ceramic is 3 kV/mm and the polarization at 120°C is 15 min. The polarization condition of PMnS-PZN-PZT ceramic is 3.5 kV/mm and the polarization at 140C is 15 min. The motor has better transient characteristics, starting time is <2 ms, and off-time is <1 ms. Using P41 piezoelectric ceramic motor start and shut-off speed. The surface temperature of the PZT piezoelectric ceramic motor (TRUM60 II motor) ,which is significantly lower than that of the P-41 piezoelectric ceramic motor. , PZN-PZT piezoelectric ceramics have a very low dielectric loss, so this material is more suitable for ultrasonic motors that requires long-term operation. Pre-pressure has a great influence on the performance of the motor. Motors of different sizes have different driving performance. At present, there is relatively little research on the correlation between performance of piezoelectric transducer ring and motors. In order to truly improve the performance of the motor in conjunction with the current level of research, some parameters of piezoelectric ceramics are adjusted to study a series of ceramic performance and motor performance. For the use performance of the motor, the performance of the piezoelectric ceramic is further adjusted to achieve better application of the material to the motor.
