Almost all methods must measure the acoustic characteristics of various tissues and their temperature characteristics, and these parameters usually vary from tissue to tissue, which brings difficulties in ultrasonic non-destructive temperature measurement technology. This is an urgent need to solve the problem, its difficulty and work is very big. At present, we are cooperating with relevant universities to conduct non-destructive temperature measurement technology research based on high intensity focused ultrasound. It is hoped that the rising temperature effect of tumor surface and surrounding tissues will be detected non-destructively in the real time as soon as possible, and the clinical promotion of HIFU technology will be promoted.


When Hifu piezoelectric ceramic technology is used for tumor treatment, especially for abdominal tumor treatment, it is breathing will cause a large movement of the abdominal organs. The displacement can  reach a dozen millimeters. Anesthesia can stabilize the patient's breathing, but organ displacement is unavoidable. Movement of the organ will cause the target to deviate, which will affect the precise treatment of the HIFU piezoelectric crystal treatment system, and even cause the focused beam to converge to sensitive tissue near the target area, which cause serious adverse consequences. Therefore, if the respiratory synchronization technology can be used, let the breathing control the ultrasonic hifu piezoelectric crystal treatment system, synchronize the emission of the focused ultrasound with the respiratory motion, and timely feedback the movement information of the organ,which control the scanning motion mechanism, and ensure the focusing position and the target position. Consistently, it may make HIFU technology better adapt to the principles of surgical surgical conformal treatment and improve the safety of the H IFU treatment system. .

A variety of imaging techniques (B-ultrasound and MIR) are currently available for tumor localization and efficacy evaluation of the HIFU piezo ceramics treatment system. From the current technological development, MIR provides a powerful means for the evaluation before and after tumor treatment, but the application of B-ultrasound is more real-time, practical and operable in the treatment process. Therefore, the application of B-ultrasound in HIFU is quite common. But it also brings an unavoidable problem. The image obtained by B-ultrasound is a facet scan rather than a tomographic image, and the ultrasonic high focusing piezo treatment system is a layered treatment of the tumor, which requires the obtained two-dimensional ultrasound image. Performing three-dimensional reconstruction, the medical staff determines the tumor area is based on the ultrasound image, which reconstructs the three-dimensional image of the tumor by computer, and automatically calculates and treats the target target for each layer, which enables the doctor to know more intuitively perform the lesion. Observing and clearly distinguishing the edge of the tumor tissue, and truly achieve the conformal treatment of HIFU.
