The ultrasonic cleaner transducer is a key component in the cleaning machine, and its quality directly affects the cleaning effect.


(1) Design
The front cover of the transducer for the ultrasonic cleaner is horn-shaped for matching with the water load. From the design requirements, the cleaning transducer has a wide frequency band.


(2) heat dissipation
Generally, the cleaning should be continuous, and the heat generated by the transducer is more serious. When working is at high power, forced air cooling must be used.


(3) mutual position
For high-power ultrasonic piezoelectric cleaning transducer, multiple transducers are generally required to work at the same time, so special attention should be paid to the installation and fixation, because their distribution directly affects the sound field distribution in the tank and the load characteristics of the generator. If the position is not correct, the cleaning effect will be extremely poor, and sometimes it will cause unnecessary vibration and consume power. How to install depends on the structure of the slot, the number of transducers, and so on.
Due to the long working time of the ultrasonic cleaning transducer generator, the problem of FET heating is very prominent, and should be considered from the following aspects:


(a) heat dissipation

The heat sink should be selected properly, and if necessary, air cooling should be added.


(b) FET absorption
The R and C absorption at both ends of the FET must be appropriate, otherwise the FET 

heating problem will still be serious.


(c) drive circuit
The driving waveform of the ultrasonic cleaning is preferably steeper, such as increasing the driving output power and reducing the gate resistance.


(d) Center frequency adjustment
The output frequency of the ultrasonic cleaner generator directly affects the load characteristics, thereby affecting the on/off state of the power tube. If the frequency is not suitable, the FET heat is extremely severe.
