PZT material piezoceramic rings have the admittance characteristics, load characteristics, start-up and shut-off characteristics, and temperature characteristics of the motor .when it is a vibration generator of an ultrasonic motor, and the performances of motors of different sizes are studied.
Combined with P-41 and PMnS material. The performance of PZN-PZT piezoceramic rings vibration sensor is connected with performance of ultrasonic motor, to explore the impact of material properties on the performance of ultrasonic motor.
As the ultrasonic motor utilizes the inverse piezoelectric effect of the piezoelectric ring transducer, the elastic body (stator) is excited to generate micro-vibration to realize the conversion of electrical energy and mechanical energy. Therefore, the performance of the ultrasonic motor directly affects the operation of the motor. This article has been successfully developed by the research group P-41 material. PZT piezoelectric ceramics is substrated. Through the control of each process, piezoceramic ring knock sensor satisfies the application requirements of a traveling-wave ultrasonic motor is obtained.
