In the process of designing the probe structure, researchers often use probes such as field .it is structural design software for diagnostics, or the design of therapeutic probes. However, because of the two softwares, the algorithm for calculating the sound field is time-complex. In the design of the ultrasonic high focus piezoelectric ceramic array structure, we need to calculate and analyze the three-dimensional sound field of the therapeutic sound field.The above two softwares with high time complexity are not convenient for us to achieve rapid array design work. To this end, we have built a platform for the internal 3D array structure design of 2D high intensity focused ultrasound probes.


The biggest characteristics are two. One is that the algorithm for calculating the sound field has low time complexity. The other is to build a three-dimensional geometric model of the spherical surface treatment ultrasonic array, which can flexibly change the structural characteristics of the array, and can be easily designed differently. The structural characteristics of the therapeutic probe array are intended. The content of this paper is to build a platform for the internal three-dimensional array structure design of the treatment probe, which is named HIFU piezo element sphere transducer. The components of the platform are the geometric modeling of the spherical crown treatment ultrasound array, and the spherical crown treatment ultrasound array. Based on sound field simulation platform. The platform will be used to design an array structure for a specific two-dimensional Hifu piezoelectric generators probe.


The parameters of the high-intensity focused ultrasound spherical directly affects the performance and production of the treatment system.how to use reasonable array elements, it is taking into account the objective needs of treatment such as treatment depth.A spherical  surface treatment with a high focusing is used to treat the ultrasound array structure. we have proposed the Hifu piezoelectric sensor .The array arrangement of the crown fills rate of the array sphere. Based on the spherical paving with regular hexagons of the same shape and size.The row achieves a high fill rate of the treatment array, thereby achieving a high focus gain effect.


We named this array arrangement as a spherical crown array arrangement. based on the array approach,The corresponding geometric model of the HIFU ultrasound piezoelectric sensor was established by using the geometric modeling tool, named as the spherical crown array.
