Piezoelectric ceramic sheets and thin metal sheets are bonded together, and piezoelectric ceramics are used as an excitation source to generate a bending vibration mode, which results in a larger amplitude and a smaller acoustic impedance, which can be matched with the acoustic impedance of air. This article uses piezo ceramics. In the form of a bonded structure of a sheet and a thin metal sheet, the thin metal sheet can also serve as a protective film to protect the piezoelectric ceramic and the electrode from abrasion and bumping. For piezoelectric ceramics with a thickness is greater than 1 mm, as the thickness is increasing, the resonant frequency value with the largest amplitude is nonlinearly attenuated, and the degree of attenuation gradually becomes weaker. The sound field simulation study of the piezo discs for milk analysis is embedded for concrete module shows that as the thickness increases, the maximum sound pressure value of the radiated ultrasonic center point gradually increases. Through the study of excitation acoustic energy, it can be seen that the thickness variation of piezoelectric ceramics affects the existence of non-destructive testing. Choosing the appropriate size of piezoelectric ceramic can improve the utilization rate of ultrasonic waves and achieve better non-destructive testing results.
