2.The other end of the sensor is connected to the host, and on this side of the plug, many manufacturers use Remo's special plug, a few manufacturers use pencil hardness meter of imitation, and other manufacturers use the standard headphone plug, However, this bad cause rarely appears on the quality of the plug itself, that is, whether domestic or imported plugs are used. The reason for the failure is usually due to the poor soldering of the plug and the connecting wire.


3.The loose three-pin seat causes poor contact of ultrasonic hardness tester. The multiple-insertion of the coil can easily cause loosening of the three-pin socket on the coil, or the welding between the coil and the needle base is dropped and the sensor shock is not displayed.


4.The socket connector on the universal barcol hardness tester falls off. The probability of this situation is relatively small. Unless the machine has been manually removed, the socket cable will not fall off.


5.The acquisition of the sensor signal IC on the leeb hardness metal meteris damaged. The probability of occurrence of this condition is also relatively small. If a power short circuit causes the IC to burn out, it is generally easy to notice, and the IC burns with a burnt smell.
