This type of transducer is a type of transducer that has been discussed in recent years. Its design is based on the Huygens principle. The transducer is arranged in an array in a space by a plurality of mutually independent piezoelectric wafers. Each wafer is called an array element. When each array element is excited by signals of the same frequency, the sound waves emitted by the transducers are Coherent, these sound waves form specific directivity or focusing characteristics after spatial interference. Phased array focusing can be divided into the following categories: linear array electronic focusing HIFU transducer treatment system using linear array transducer, mainly used to treat intracavitary diseases. Radiation scanning of human soft tissue can be performed by using a linear array transducer in combination with a mechanical moving device. There are two types of ring array electron focus ring array focus transducers, namely cylindrical ring array and ring array. HIFU piezo

Spherical array focusing HIFU piezoceramics transducer is a common in vitro focusing method. The designed 512-channel ultrasound therapy system shows great promise. The transducer of the system is fabricated from a piezoelectric composite material and is a spherical array focusing transducer. The operating frequency is 1 MHz, the diameter is 15 cm, the radius of curvature is 15 cm, and a 5 cm diameter hole is used in the middle for mounting the imaging transducer. At the same time, it has been shown that the array of randomly distributed array elements can significantly improve the sound field and temperature field distribution by suppressing side lobes relative to the array of HIFU piezo ceramic transducer.
