  1. The ultrasonic cleaning vibrator should be placed in a dry place to avoid the ultrasonic vibration of the mover, which will affect the normal work. If the ultrasonic vibrator is damp, put it into the oven and set it to dry at about 100 °C for 2 hours or use a hair dryer to remove moisture until the resistance is normal;


  2.  The ultrasonic vibrator is degummed. After the ultrasonic vibrator is degummed, the output power of the ultrasonic power supply is normal. However, since the vibrator and the vibrating surface are not well connected, the vibrator will be burned if working for a long time. Ultrasonic vibrator degumming should be repaired or replaced by a professional ultrasonic manufacturer. 


Maintenance of ultrasonic vibrators:


1. If it has not been used for more than one week, please cover it with a dust jacket (plastic bag);
2. Except that the lifting screw of piezoelectric ceramics ring has received lubricating oil before leaving the factory, no other oil agent is needed in other parts;
3. Regularly check whether the internal vibrator output line is worn or not;
4. The appearance is dusty. Please wipe it with a clean cloth. The dust should be blown off with dry compressed air every six months. It is forbidden to use various fluxes when cleaning the side plates and surfaces of the welder. Neutral detergent should be used for ultrasonic piezoelectric transducer.
5. When the water filter reaches 13 water level, please remove the water;
6. When the welding machine is used for one month, the sliding part should be cleaned and reapplied with high-quality lubricating grease;
7. Always pay attention to the safety of the machine.
