About ultrasonic transducer sensor, the upper limit of its working voltage will be marked, so the specified voltage should not be exceeded, otherwise the ultrasonic transducer will be easily damaged. For example, if the ultrasonic transducer is indicated as PHA-34-12C, then its nominal working voltage is 1500Vpp. The disassembly of the ultrasonic transducer is to first disassemble the positive and negative wires, and then applying the degumming potion on the contact surface.

 

After that, use a wrench to disassemble the screws and handle the contact surface at the same time, so that the ultrasonic transducer can be removed smoothly. As for the matching circuit of the ultrasonic transducer, generally speaking, there are certain differences between different products, but the most commonly used one is to match the series inductance.

 

Among the speed measurement methods of ultrasonic air transducers, the more commonly used method is the resonance method, which is specifically: the transmitter emits a sound wave similar to a plane wave, and then, after being reflected by the receiver, passes the sound wave back and forth between the end faces. Reflection and superposition, thereby forming a resonant standing wave phenomenon. The sound velocity of the ultrasonic transducer is determined by the change of the electrical signal and the distance measurement between the resonance positions.

 

If the ultrasonic vibrator is damp, you can use a megohmmeter to check the plug connected to the transducer, and check the insulation resistance value to judge the basic situation. Generally, the insulation resistance is required to be greater than 5 mego hms. If the insulation resistance value cannot be reached, it is generally because the transducer is damp. You can put the whole transducer (excluding the plastic-sprayed shell) into an oven and dry it at about 100°C for 3 hours or use a hair dryer to remove moisture to the resistance value.

 

The vibrator of the ultrasonic range transducer sensor is ignited, and the piezoceramic material is broken. It can be checked with the naked eye and a megger. Generally, as an emergency measuring, individual damaged vibrators can be disconnected without affecting the normal use of other vibrators.
