The ultrasonic transducer sensor is an ultrasonic pulse signal sent by an ultrasonic probe, which is propagating in the gas, and is reflected after meeting the interface of air and liquid. After receiving the echo signal, the ultrasonic round-trip propagation time is calculated, and the distance or liquid level can be converted by height. However, if there is stirring in the on-site container and the liquid fluctuation is relatively large, it will affect the measurement of the ultrasonic liquid level gauge, and there will be no signal or severe data fluctuation.


The reason for the measurement failure of the ultrasonic transducer circuit is that the measurement of a few meters of the ultrasonic liquid level gauge ,which refers to the calm water surface. In the case of stirring in the container, the water surface is not calm, and the reflected signal will weaken to the normal signal. so the measuring value of the ultrasound will be disturbed.


To eliminate the effect of stirring in the container on the measurement of the ultrasonic transducer distance, we need to choose an ultrasonic liquid level gauge with a larger range. If the actual range is 5 meters, then using an ultrasonic liquid level gauge of 10 meters or 15 meters. To measure if you do not change the ultrasonic level gauge, and the liquid in the tank is not viscous, you can also install a wave guide tube and place the ultrasonic level gauge probe in the wave guide tube to measure the height of the liquid level gauge, because the liquid level in the wave guide tube It is stable, it is recommended to change the two-wire ultrasonic liquid level gauge to a four-wire system.
