1.Product Description:

It is single and double detection sensors of using ultrasonic technology, mainly used to monitor multi-layer paper sheets ,plastic and metal films. In order to identify two or more sheets, it is unintentional stick together. Each layer is compared to the stored reference value and is indicated accordingly. It is single or double layer and the stored value can be corrected manually. Mainly used to detect single and double sheets.Single sheet pass and double will alarm function, and is not subject to vibration, material, color of the object to be inspected.The restrictions are widely used in paper, stamping, instant noodle lapping machines and other industries.Ultrasonic single-double detection sensor is specially developed ultrasonic transducer and ingenious electronic circuits that can be used for accurate inspection of a wide range of material thicknesses, transparencies, thin metal sheets and so on. The ultrasound system is unmatched by the photoelectric double-sheet detector because it does not depend on the color of the material.


 Ultrasonic technology  of single-double detection sensor doesn't can be adapted to various sheet materials comparing to conventional mechanical or light single sheet double control , such as potentiometers or transducers which is superfluous to adjust .

Resolution: 3 kinds of signals (air, single, double, multiple) output, can be used in a variety of
application.


3. Product Principle:
A high frequency ultrasonic transmitter emits an ultrasonic beam beneath the sheet. Acoustic wave cause  thin plate vibrates, and this will in turn produce a very small sound waves on the other side of the thin plate . This small sound wave is received by the ultrasonic receiver. If it is two pieces, one is on the upper of another piece, the signal becomes weaker, so that it is basically impossible to reach the receiver.
