Ultrasonic sensors are used in the different aspects of production practice, and medical applications are one of their most important applications. The application of ultrasound in medicine is mainly to diagnose diseases, and it has become an indispensable diagnostic method in the clinical medicine. It is the advantages of ultrasonic diagnosis ,there is no pain, no damage to the subject, it is simple method, clear imaging and high diagnostic accuracy, etc., and thus good for the medical workers and patients. Ultrasonic diagnosis is the reflection principle of ultrasonic waves. When transducer for ultrasonic cleaning propagate in the human tissue and encounter. two layers of media interfaces with different acoustic impedances, reflection echoes are generated at the interface.

Each time a reflective surface is encountered, the echo is displayed on the oscilloscope's screen, and the impedance difference between the two interfaces also determines the amplitude of the echo. In industry, the typical applications of ultrasonic waves are non-destructive testing of metals, ultrasonic thickness measurement and measurement of liquid levels. In the past, many technologies were hindered by the inability to detect the inside of objects, and the emergence of high-frequency ultrasonic transducer changed this situation. Ultrasonic detection sensor can detect defects on the surface of the material as well as defects within a few meters of the material. Of course, more ultrasonic sensors are fixedly mounted on the different devices to "snap" the signals that people need. The basic principle of ultrasonic measurement of liquid level as follow: The ultrasonic pulse signal is emitted by the ultrasonic echo sounder depth meter propagates in the gas, it is reflected after the interface between air and liquid, and is calculated after receiving the echo signal and calculating the propagation time of the ultrasonic round-trip. It is distance or level height.

Ultrasonic measurement methods have many advantages unmatched by other methods: (1) without any mechanical transmission components, ultrasonic echo sounder depth meter has no contacting with the liquid to be tested, it is a non-contact measurement, it is not afraid of electromagnetic interference, acid and alkali and other highly corrosive liquids, so the performance is stable for high reliability and long life; (2) Short response time, it is convenient to realize real-time measurement without hysteresis.Ultrasonic sensors are simple to apply, easy to use, and low in the cost. However, current ultrasonic sensors have some disadvantages, such as reflection problems, noise problems, cross problems. This paper briefly introduces the concept and characteristics of ultrasonic waves, dual frequency depth measurement analyzes the principle of ultrasonic sensors, and gives ultrasonic sensors.
