    Experiments on the high efficiency thinning and ultra-smooth polishing of alumina piezo ceramic substrates were carried out for processing methods, abrasives and processing parameters.The mechanism of influencing factor was further studied through process experiments, and the processing parameters were further determined and optimized.the phenomenon surface of alumina piezo ceramic substrates under certain processing environment is detected and analyzed. Combined with the characteristics of related materials during processing, the root causes of alumina piezo ceramic substrates are analyzed. The solution was verified by the method of process test, and the mechanism of the three schemes on the alumina ceramic substrate was analyzed.


Alumina acoustic cylindrical piezoelectric tubes substrate surfaces have yellowing phenomenon in the double-side grinding process, using W14 diamond, boron carbide, silicon carbide and alumina four abrasives are grinding the original alumina ceramic substrates with the same process parameters , research on the influence of abrasive types on the surface of alumina piezo ceramic substrate, it can be known that all four abrasives can effectively process alumina piezo ceramic substrates, material removal rate and surface roughness of alumina ceramic substrate with abrasive hardness. The hardness of the abrasive particles is larger. 


The same pressure condition is more likely to be embedded in the surface of the cast iron grinding disc.the ploughing effect is generated on the workpiece. Therefore, the workpiece removal rate of the diamond abrasive after grinding is the largest, and the alumina piezo is ground after grinding. The workpiece material is minimal. However, after the ultrasonic cleaning of the polished alumina piezoceramic substrate, the surface of the alumina ceramic substrate exhibits different degrees of color yellowing, wherein the surface of the workpiece is yellowed after the alumina abrasive is polished, and After the diamond abrasive is ground, the surface color of the workpiece becomes yellower. Since the material removal rate of the pzt-5a piezoceramic cylinder tubes componentsafter grinding decreases with the hardness of the abrasive, the degree of the surface color decreases with the hardness of the abrasive. Therefore, the material removal rate may directly or indirectly affect the yellowing of the surface color.


According to the experimental results and surface condition analysis of the alumina piezo ceramic substrate after four kinds of abrasive grinding, it can be explained that the yellowing of the surface of the alumina piezo ceramic substrate is independent of the type of abrasive and the composition of the abrasive, but may be related to the abrasive alumina ultrasonic wired ceramic disc. After the PZT material piezoelectric ceramic substrate is ground by different abrasives, the surface has different degrees of yellowing. This section uses EDS spectroscopy to detect the types of elements on the surface of the alumina ceramic substrate, and then explores the surface of the piezo ceramic substrate. The other components analyze the root cause of the surface of the alumina piezo ceramic substrates.
