Ultrasonic measurement system can be a good test for the ultrasonic motor speed and torque,it is speed and current for piezo ceramic ring.it is phase characteristics, piezoceramic rings are used for ultrasonic motor voltage regulation, frequency modulation, phase modulation control method based on the use of PID and fuzzy control combined control strategy. Due to the existence of a certain steady-state error in the fuzzy control system, there is a control for blind zone: PID control is not adaptable to changes in the piezo ceramic sphere, so the design uses a multi-mode control strategy based on a digital signal processor (DSP), in the large deviation range .


The fuzzy control is used to convert to PI D control within a small deviation range. The conversion of the two is implemented by the DSP according to a preset deviation threshold. About self-correction control rules of piezoelectric tube,the simulation results show that compared with the traditional control strategy, the control strategy of this paper has faster response speed piezoelectric tube for underwater communication, it is higher adjustment accuracy, better steady-state performance, no overshoot and oscillation, and strong robustness.


 The ultrasonic measurement and control system designed in this paper ,high power piezoelectric ring can well test the speed-torque, speed-current, speed-efficiency, speed-frequency and speed of ultrasonic motor. For phase characteristics, which have positive significance for the determination of ultrasonic motor control strategy and development of ultrasonic power supply, as well as the promotion and application of ultrasonic motor.
