P-41 and PMnS material of 2Mhz piezo vibration sensor is analyzed by using XRD, SEM, and other test techniques. The structure of the PZN-PZT piezoelectric ceramic material was studied by examining the dielectric properties of the material with temperature and frequency, and the extent to which the PZT material piezo deviated from the Curieis theorem was investigated to study the temperature and frequency stability of the material. The polarization conditions and polarization modes of the materials pzt piezo ring were analyzed and studied, and the optimal polarization mode of the piezoelectric ceramics for the motor was discussed.
