The phased array of piezoelectric vibration sensor have been studied, and the planar phased array, the rectangular piston phased array can be used.Focusing on any point in the three-dimensional space, the effect of focusing is related to the size of the vibrating element, and the rational design of the vibrating element dimensions for easy focusing. Concentrating ring phased arrays can be easily realized on the same line focus on any point. In this paper, the above two phased arrays are systematically studied and provided for their design.About the heoretical basis, the following work was carried out.
