BaTiO3 is a typical unitary ceramic ferroelectric, With the piezo crystal structure, piezo sphere sensor is  insoluble in water, it has large electromechanical coupling coefficient, simple preparation process and low cost, it is the earliest practical piezoelectric ceramic. In order to obtain ultrasonic plate transducer with more stable performance and higher curie temperature, people found that Ti4 + ion radius and Zr4 + ion radius are similar, and the chemical properties of the two ions are also similar. PbTiO3 and PbZrO3 can form continuous solid solution in any ratio.
