In this paper, P-41 and PMnS-PZN material is prepared by the traditional solid-state reaction method.the application of PZT piezoelectric ceramics is traveling by wave ultrasonic motors and the influence of piezoelectric performance on motor performance.The effects of P-41PMnS and PZT piezoelectric disk pressure transducer on the performance of piezoelectric ceramics were studied in terms of structure, properties, frequency temperature stability and polarization mode. 


The results show that both materials have good dielectric temperature stability, P-41 piezoelectric material piezo tube has obvious ferroelectric phase transition characteristics, PZT has ferroelectric phase transition characteristics. Simultaneous polarization process at the same time improves the performance instability caused by the in homogeneity of polarization regions and the presence of partitioning interface stress in the secondary polarization process, and at the same time,it shortens the polarization time and improves the output of the ultrasonic motor. The polarization condition of P--41 ceramic is 3 kV/mm, 120°C, and polarization is 15 min. The polarization condition of PZT piezo ceramic is 3.5 kV/mm, and the polarization at 140°C is 15 min.
