 (1)Surface treatment of piezo ceramic. The use of fine sandpaper is to remove the stator and surface oxide layer piezoelectric ceramic ,which can ensure the performance of piezoelectric ceramics. The proper grinding of the bonding surface  stator can improve the effective contact area between the piezo ceramic sheet and the stator, and secondly,ultrasonic piezoelectric element can improve the adhesion of the two.


(2) Binder. milky white colloid of piezo disc transducer was used in this experiment, and the flowability at 80°C was better, so as to ensure that the temperature of the colloid in the entire bonding process was always at 80C. At the same time, attention should be paid to the thickness of the adhesive layer of piezoelectric plate sensor. It was too thin to guarantee the piezo ceramic sheet. It is strong bond with the metal body,piezo ceramics are too thick that is not conducive to energy transfer and heat dissipation, which is reducing output performance. After the composite stator is bonded, the plastic mold is fixed with a screw,piezoelectric tube transducer is placed in an oven at 120°C for 4 hours, and is also placed in 7-2135 gel to check the solidification of the gel.


(3) Friction material. The friction material is a viscous coating method. The cleaned rotor and the preparing adhesive are preheated at 80°C about 10 minutes. Then the binder of piezoelectric ceramic ring is removed and mixed until it is even, and then the air bubbles are removed in a vacuum oven. After 5 minutes, the friction material is evenly coated on the rotor and finally cured at 120°C.
