Piezoelectric ceramics are used for ultrasonic motors which are based on the formulas of the piezoelectric ceramics in the process of preparation. They are calculated, compounded, mixed, pre-pressed, pre-fired, crushed, granulated, formed, packed, sintered. After the upper electrode of piezo plate and block has been subjected to a series of processes, the sample is polarized.


Piezoelectric ceramics are polycrystalline which the orientation of the various fine piezo ceramics is basically disorderly, and the piezoelectric plate sensor may be monodomains or multidomains, and the spontaneous polarization directions of the domains besides the ferroelectric itself. There is no preferred orientation beyond the limit in the direction of the polar axis, and the piezoelectric plate transducer at this time does not exhibit macroscopic polarization. Piezoelectric ceramics are the core component of the vibration sensor of the ultrasonic motor. Its performance is directly related to the mechanical characteristics of the motor. 


To make piezoelectric ceramics fully exert its potential properties of piezoelectric material piezoelectric plate , it is necessary to reasonably select the polarization conditions, namely the appropriate polarization electric field, it is the polarization temperature T, and the polarization time t. These three factors are related to each other. If the polarization electric field and polarization time are fixed, the polarization temperature makes the electric piezo components more steerable,which increases the polarization effect, at the same time, the increasing temperature will cause the piezo ceramic leakage current to become larger and even cause breakdown. The polarization conditions of piezo sound sensor are generally closely related to the components of the piezoelectric ceramic.
