HQGY series multi-core high-voltage connectors are composed of socket assembly, plug assembly and socket plug  assembly. It can be widely used in high-voltage and high-power power supply  transmission requirements of deep sea detection equipment. The test standards of this series of connectors are tested strictly according to the military standard: 1) Leakage current test: measuring according to IEC60512-2 between the contact piece and the contact piece, between the contact piece and the  insulator, under the 6000VDC voltage (boosting rate 500V/s), keeping the leakage current 5mA within 1 minute; (2) Insulation resistance: According to the method 3003 in GJB1217, measuring between the contact and the contact, the insulation resistance is 15G Ω, and the test voltage is 500±5V; (3) Contacting resistance: measuring the contact piece according to method 3001 in GJB1217, and the contact resistance is 10mΩ; (4) Plug-in and pull-out test: the pin core of the contact piece is plugged in and out 500 times to ensure that the gold-plated layer of the pin core has no  obvious wear and tear, and the contact couple resistance is 0.01Ω; (5) Salt spray test: The product is tested according to the severity level 4.2 in GB-2423 (66h test with variable spray, the product has no corrosion. The  concentration is 4.9%~5.1% salt solution,
