Piezoelectric ceramics owns unique mechanical resonance characteristics and energy conversion capabilities, so that it can play a very important role in the defense industry and modern electronic technology . Mainly used in the two aspects of transducer and piezoelectric oscillator : (1) transducer applications: measurement transducer, the underwater sound transducer ,acoustic transducer, electro acoustic transducer, ultrasonic transducer, piezoelectric for ignitiondevice , ultrasonic Energy and so on. (2) the application of piezoelectric oscillator: acoustic surface wave filter, delay device, piezoelectric transformer, surface acoustic wave oscillator, etc. With the whole society in the ecological environment, is the gradual development and coordination of good environmental performance Excellent, less resource consumption of new piezoelectric ceramic materials and devices. By studying the lead-free piezoelectric ceramics currently , BNT-based lead-free piezoelectric ceramic materials are the most practical prospects, but there is a large gap compared with the performance of lead piezoelectric ceramic devices,  and only used in the daily life and the intermediate level of technology . Ceramic filters own excellent properties compared to other types of filters,and filters are widely used in high-tech applications,so ceramic filters is one of the main areas that lead-free piezoelectric ceramics study . Experiments show that the proper transformation of  piezoelectric ceramic with PZT material filter, which can make piezoelectric ceramic filter with BNT material . But now the BNT material can not be compared with the PZT material under the conditions , improving the piezoelectric properties of BNT material is the key to the production of high-performance lead-free piezoelectric ceramic filter. Through the use of better porcelain and further optimization design, the production can loss 5dB, and the loss of stopband is more than 30dB ,it is possible to produce the lead-free piezoelectric ceramic filter with practical significance .
