The piezo disc benders buzzer is mainly divided into dipolar piezo element ,tripolar piezo buzzer and double-side film. The dipolar and tripolar piezo alarm element are also the same. Let us first talk about the  double-side of circular piezo disc benders.


Piezoelectric double-sided diaphragm piezo element sheets are mainly divided into two types: ordinary sheets and slice sheets. Their substrate materials are mainly four kinds: copper sheets, stainless steel sheets, nickel alloy sheets, and iron sheets. They can be divided into thick slices, ordinary slices, thin slices, and ultra thin slices.Ordinary film means that the thickness of the metal piece is greater than or equal to 0.2MM, less than 0.3MM, or the thickness of the silver piece is greater than or equal to 0.2MM, less than 0.3MM; the thickness of the metal piece is greater than or equal to 0.1MM, less than 0.2MM, or the thickness of the silver piece is greater than or equal to 0.1MM, less than 0.2MM.


Two-pole Unimorph piezo disc bender buzzer (or three-pole buzzer) substrate material is also mainly four kinds: copper, stainless steel, nickel alloy, iron. They can be divided into thick sheets, ordinary sheets, sheets, and ultra sheets. Thick sheet means that the metal piece is greater than or equal to 0.3MM or the silver piece is greater than or equal to 0.3MM; the ordinary piece is the thickness of the metal piece greater than or equal to 0.2MM, less than 0.3MM, or the silver piezo ceramic bimorph is greater than or equal to 0.2MM, less than 0.3MM; Less than or equal to 0.1MM, less than 0.2MM, or the thickness of the silver sheet is greater than or equal to 0.1MM, less than 0.2MM; ultra-thin refers to the thickness of the metal sheet is greater than or equal to 0.05MM, less than 0.1MM, or the thickness of the silver sheet is greater than or equal to 0.05MM, less than 0.1MM .
