The coating thickness gauge is a newly developed new product and is a substitute for similar products. Compared with the previous dry film thickness gauge, it has the following main advantages:

1. Fast measurement speed: the measurement speed is 6 times faster than other series;
2. High precision: The precision of the company's products can reach 1-2% after the school is 0. It is the product that can reach the A grade on the market. Its precision is much higher than that of the domestic and other similar products. The precision of import products such as EPK is also high;
3. Stability: The stability of the measurement values are better than import products;
4. Function, data, operation, display are all Chinese measurement methods
The ultrasonic paint thickness gauge methods are wedge cutting method, light intercept method, electrolysis method, thickness difference measurement method, weighing method, X-ray fluorescence method, β-ray backscattering method, capacitance method, magnetic measurement method and eddy current measurement. The first five of these methods are lossy detection, and the measurement methods are cumbersome and slow, and are more suitable for sampling inspection.

The X-ray and beta-ray methods are non-contact non-destructive measurements, but the device is complicated and expensive, and the measurement range is small. Users must comply with radiation protection regulations due to radioactive sources. The X-ray method can measure extremely thin plating, double plating, and alloy plating. The beta ray method is suitable for paint coating thickness gauge with coatings and substrates with an atomic number greater than 3. The capacitance method is only used when thickness measurement is applied to the insulating coating of a thin conductor.
