1. Measurement content:
1.1.1. Conductance and capacitance curves
Measure the transducer conductance and capacitance curves.
1.2. Send voltage response and sound source level
Measure the voltage response and sound source level sent by the transducer. The measurement frequency band is 200Hz~600Hz. The response at the resonant frequency is not less than 125dB and the sound source level is not less than 180dB.
1.3. Hydrostatic pressure: 0.5MPa.
2. Measurement data
After the transducer has passed the 0.5MPa/0.25h, 0MPa/0.25h, 0.5MPa/0.25h, 0MPa/0.25h hydrostatic pressure test, the insulation resistance between the core wires of the transducer is greater than 200MΩ. The acoustic performance measured after the hydrostatic test is as follows.
