Ultrasonic Welding Machine
The ultrasonic welding machine consists of three parts: ultrasonic generator, ultrasonic transducer and mechanical transmission. Mechanical Transmission System This system is a device that is driven by a cylinder. The upper and lower positions of the welding head are adjusted by the hand wheel by a tooth method, and a horizontal adjustment mechanism is provided. You can start the switch, level the workbench, start emergency brake switch indicator, adjust the working pressure, adjust the working speed, and move the lock by moving the handwheel up and down.
The principle of ultrasonic welding is to generate 20KHz (or 15KHz) high-voltage, high-frequency signal from the generator. Through the energy conversion system, the signal is converted into high-frequency mechanical vibration and applied to the workpiece of plastic products. This device raises the temperature transmitted to the interface by the surface of the workpiece and the friction between the molecules. When the temperature reaches the melting point of the workpiece itself, the workpiece interface is rapidly melted and then filled in the gap between the interfaces. When the vibration stops and the workpiece is cooled and shaped at a certain pressure, a perfect weld is achieved.Ultrasonic welding machines are mainly used for secondary joining of thermoplastics. Compared with other traditional processes (such as gluing, electric ironing or screw fastening), this process has significant advantages such as high production efficiency, good welding quality, environmental protection and energy saving.
